Treat yo self is a phrase used to encourage a person to take care of his or her self. The phrase comes from the TV show "Parks and Recreation."

In the show, Donna and Tom start a "Treat yo self" day which involves taking a day off of everything to do things for yourself, mostly buying things that you love that you would normally talk yourself out of. Some past examples include buying clothes, a Batman costume, massages, mimosas, and bling.
