In 1997, astronauts captured this image of Hubble after redeploying the telescope at the end of its second maintenance mission. During the flight, the astronauts installed two new instruments on Hubble: the Space Telescope Imaging System (STIS) and the Near Infrared Camera and Multiple Object Spectrometer (NICMOS).
