Casual leaves
- Per quarter: 1.75
- Per year: 1.75 * 4 = 7 days
- Cannot be carried forward; expire at the end of the financial year (March-April).


Sick leaves (can be carry forwarded up to 44 leaves):
- Per quarter: 2
- Per year: 2 * 4 = 8 days


Earned leaves (can be carry forwarded up to 48 leaves):
- Per quarter: 4
- Per year: 4 * 4 = 16 days
- Can be carried forward, but maximum of 48 can be carried forward; the rest are encashed and added to the next month's salary.22 earned leaves equal 1 month's basic salary.


Flexi leaves (cannot be carry forwarded):
- Per year: 2 days
- Cannot be carried forward; expire at the end of the calendar year (December), with fresh leaves allocated in January.
