I need to up my health game. I might have worked out a grand total of three times since January. As a result, my one ab has gotten a whole lot bigger (you could call it a belly.... but I will call it an ab.)

A pot or two of coffee a day, and usually one big meal around 4 pm has been the routine.

So, because I'm incapable of doing anything in moderation, and because I'm a bit of an experimenter... I'll be starting a water fast in the morning.

I don't have any set goals for how long it will last. At least two days. Would like to go longer.

I'm putting this out there for anyone that wants to join me.
