Well... after listening to my body, I think it's time to break the water fast and transition into a less restrictive form of intermittent fasting. One meal. No sugar. 5 days is long enough.
Mind is clear. Clothes fit a little better, and I had a very productive week. Lost nearly 8 lbs. Thanks to all that joined me.
