Last week I emailed ETA executives and staff asking whether or not Ralph Herro or iMD were members or not. No listing in the official directory. Haven’t heard back, so I’ll follow up today and report the results later.
So what’s the big deal?
Just like Ralph and his crew have been leveraging the Wells Fargo brand to commit identify theft, forgery and other crimes…they also use a membership with ETA as a credibility play to rob merchants.

Giving plenty of time so all organizations can go on the record. If their brand is being used to defraud citizens, they have a responsibility to help stop it.
My hulk smash destroying skills should be super focused where it can benefit society the most. Smashing the iMD ISO Fraud ring into pieces will protect so many potential victims.
Then law enforcement can pick up the shards and make whatever case they feel is appropriate.
