Left a voicemail today with Andrea McMullen. Her title is, “Member Service Director” for ETA. Seems like just the exact staff member to make official comment on whether or not iMD is a member or not.

So emailed her about a week ago, copying key executives in, and a message now on direct line today.

Clip Artist Films has confirmed, Ralph Herro and iMerchant Direct is claiming ETA membership on their website and Facebook. Now add to the mix, job listings within the last few months and alignable. That’s four online sources discovered they claim the affiliation.

Either they’re a member or not. If they aren’t ETA should prove soon they’ve sent a cease and desist to iMD. If not, guess they’re okay that their name is being used for identity theft and forgery against small business owners all over the country.

If iMD IS A MEMBER…

we need to know the parent shell company protecting them on the membership roster.
