About two months after the Moak “non-profit” scandal guess who’s brought in as “Director of Prevention”.
I have evidence that proves Penzone wasn’t just brought in as a pretty face, but actually the “COO”, Chief Operating Officer of Not My Kid.
That means he was intimately involved in the overall finance for the “non-profit” so soon after the scandal.
What deals did Penzone oversee during his time as COO?
Doug Ducey, The Moak’s and Paul Penzone have been in financial bed together a long, long time.

Introducing Paul Penzone!
On October 18, 2010, Paul Penzone, a former Phoenix P.D. officer was named as the new Director of Prevention Program at notMYkid.
Paul comes to notMYkid as a retired Sergeant of the Phoenix Police Department. Paul spent 21 years with the Phoenix P.D. and a great portion of his time was assigned to the Narcotics Bureau in an undercover capacity which included a three year assignment on a federal task force with the DEA.
During Paul's last assignment he moved on to be program coordinator for the Silent Witness Program and in his time there, the program saw a 140% increase in arrests.
Following his retirement with the Phoenix P.D. Paul served as Vice President of Prevention Programs and Special Projects with Childhelp, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping victims of child abuse and neglect.
Paul is a two time recipient of both "Supervisor of the Year" and "Distinguished Service" awards from Phoenix P.D. and is recognized as "Task Force Agent of the Year" in the United States for dismantling a Methamphetamine distribution ring controlled by Aryan Brotherhood in 1997/1998.
