North Korea will receive a strong response from the United States, South Korea, and the world if it conducts a nuclear test - U.S. Undersecretary of State Wendy Sherman
Reuters reports that U.S. Undersecretary of State Wendy Sherman said that "the United States, South Korea, and the world will respond strongly and clearly" if North Korea conducts a nuclear test.
"Any nuclear test would be a complete violation of UN Security Council resolutions, and such a test would be followed by a swift and decisive response ... I believe that not only South Korea, the United States, and Japan, but the entire world would respond decisively and clearly" - she told reporters after talks with her South Korean counterpart Cho Hyun-dong in Seoul.
