When a person thinks for the first time, he thinks of surprise: Because the germ of surprise was the first substance of thought.

When man discovered the symbol, he invented language.

When he discovered philosophy, he invented meaning.

When he discovered science, he discovered the spirit of Apollo in knowledge, reason, order, truth and causation.

When he discovered art in a dream, he snatched existence out of nothingness.

When he wanted immortality, he discovered the soul of Dionysus in instinct, body, pleasure, joy, music and chance.

The tragic man is the aesthetic form of multiple possibilities stemming from pain, resistance to death itself, the epitome of the spirit of wonder, meaning, reason, art, and eternal return.

Man is the soul of the earth. The will of the earth while it is alive and changes its skin is the will of the “strong” human being to renew “and we are the sons of the earth.”

Apollo invites us to an aesthetic contemplation of an ideal world in the face of all that is cruel and savage, in search of balance. On the contrary, Dionysus, leads us to see the becoming in feeling an irresistible need, to the creation made of destructive madness.

Both intersect with "artistic instincts that exist in nature itself" and from this intersection or antagonism was born "tragedy".

And if the last chapter is death in the drama of tragedy, and we die every day, let it be death like the heroes of the tragedy, victorious and free.

Whoever has this courage will live forever.
