Florida: An officer of the Port St. Lucie Police Department said he was dragged from a car he pulled over during a routine traffic stop on Saturday morning.

The officer noticed 19-year-old Dylan Morgan's vehicle when he was on patrol on SW Tulip Blvd. In the arrest report, the officer noted that Morgan's car had a tinted windshield, loud muffler and tinted taillights.

The officer said he pulled Morgan over and noticed a strong scent of marijuana coming from inside the car and saw a black bag on his lap. After checking his driver license, the officer asked Morgan about the smell of marijuana, Morgan denied having a medical marijuana card and any weed in his car.
