Don't get overwhelmed or nervous by any of it. There are no insiders .... Don't waste time and mental space on these bullshit. This over information merely disturbs the mental peace.

You might also encounter several fake result PDFs.


To do -
1. Leave or mute all these groups and stop checking them.
2. When the results will actually be out....whole world will tell you and PLEASE check the result from the PDF that YOU download from the UPSC website (not telegram).


Just hold your nerves and count your blessings.

Trust the process. Your honest work shall be rewarded.

2022-03-24 20:08:56 Tips for the lucky few aspirants who are giving interview with Geology optional

1. Don't expect many questions from Geology. It may happen no questions are asked from this area.
2. Do prepare the INTERESTING areas like Palaeontology (special emphasis on fossils, extinction events), General Geology, Himalayas formation, Climate change (geologically), few minerals and some good keywords like montmorillonite (instead of clay :P)
3. Try to give passing by reference to geological concepts ... like while talking about climate change do mention about Permian Extinction
4. Learn some of interesting geological facts ... like all the water on earth is extra-terrestrial or talc, despite its softness, is a metamorphic mineral made under extreme conditions.
5. Do read about Indians and geology ... famous names.
