2021-03-13 07:36:18 Did you know that the Science is on the verge of collapse in Armenia?

Armenia ranks as the 86th country in terms of investing in Science. In fact, for all Research and Development projects the Arm. Gov allocates just 0.25% of its annual GDP (we are tied with Uganda and Burundi). Whereas, even Burkina Faso allocates 0.70% for its Science.

On average to maintain the Science growth (not to advance), countries must at least allocate 1% of their GDP.

This is where “Գիտուժ" comes in place. The movement calls for the Armenian Government to increase budget spendings on Science!
