A shameful incident happened in #Seelampur, #Delhi. According to the report on 18th september 2022, A 12-year-old boy was gang-raped by 4 men, Beating him with a sticks and inserted a rod in his private part, Left him in an impoverished condition.
1 accused arrested, 3 still absconding, issuing notice has been done to Delhi Police.
