The Father : Do you wanna eat something ? You hungry yet?
Little Girl: No daddy. But you’re still wet. Wet..
The Father: yeah, i got out of shower, can’t find my towel ( says looking for his towel from the closet )
Little Girl: okay, but you should eat something, you worked out, you are hungry. ( and she puts on her pacifier )
and then says you can use mine if you want

2022-02-11 03:30:45 When i was in New York ( part 2 ),
I left our apartment in Queens, I should go to the airport close to us, LGA ( LaGuardia Airport, NY ). I took the subway, but it didn’t go near the airport, i had to get off of it and take a bus. I was not late, but if I had waited for the bus, I could have been. Besides it’s inconvenient to travel with the bags. So, to be on the safe side, I decided to order a taxi. It came fast and the driver was Salih - a middle aged man from Turkey. He quit his job in Turkey, came to the States with his family and working as a taxi driver. We had a very friendly conversation till the airport. He added me to a Telegram group of Uzbeks in America. He says even Turkish people use it cause the group is very effective. Gave me some advice on where to go and what to do. And at the end of the ride, he gave me the taxi fare back saying you are a student you need it more. And wished me well. It’s always good to meet nice people, I wish him the best. Open / Comment

2022-02-10 04:51:14 When I was in New York, I went into a Korean Restaurant to have some soup.
Almost all the employees were Korean/Asian.
The waitress, a Korean girl who spoke perfect English, asked me if I had ever eaten Kimchi.
I said “ I am from Uzbekistan and yes we have it quite a lot, I love Kimchi” to which she said
“ oh that’s great! I was born in Uzbekistan!
But then we moved to Russia when I was little and now we are in the States. “
I doubt if she spoke Uzbek, but she was so nice. She treated me with free drink, didn’t include the tea and a can of soda on the bill, although I didn’t ask for it. It’s always good to meet nice people, I wish her the best. Open / Comment
