The Intergovernmental Negotiating Body has been instructed by the member nations to develop a new "negotiating text" for the proposed WHO CA+ Framework Convention no later than October 30, 2023.

This means all previous versions of this can be disregarded, and Australia's "invitation" for public consultation is not with informed consent, given Australia is not being given access to this information.

As soon as we know more about the new draft, I will advise.
