It is reported that the Russian army is regrouping in the Kharkov direction in order to resume the offensive in the direction from the villages of Ternovaya (=Ternova) and Rubezhnoye (=Rubizhne) (which is 25-30 km northeast of Kharkov) to return the lost positions.
