A video lasts 40 or 50 seconds. You have to describe it in the process of it. Imagine yourself as a journalist or a witness of the incident.
Describe every petty detail!
"I can see a plane.It performs a landing with a cross wind.Oh, it already landed".- It doesn't work at all in this case.The cat won't jump.(это не пройдет/не прокатит).

First of all, use Present Continuous!!! as the action is happening right now and you are a witness.
Give details!
E.g. Jet engine aircraft is approaching for landing. Pilots are struggling with steering of it because they have encountered a strong cross wind. The plane is shaking from left to right, it looks like that it is almost touching the ground with its wing. It is a treacherous situation.Finaly, the plane is going around. Open / Comment

I am not a fortune-teller and despite the fact that I have 16 years experience under my belt in teaching Aviation English, I can't foresee it..
Everyone is unique.

There was a person who сontacted me and had a low elementary level.In a year he passed exam for the 4th ICAO level.

There were some military pilots from Russia who intended to be retrained for civil ones.They also came to me with relatively low level of General English and in half a year got the 4th level.

For some people 8-10 lessons are enough to refresh everything before the exam.

Those who are eager to get the 5th level, have to apply a lot of efforts and sometimes it is a time-consuming process.
