Japanese green cookies Ingredients:
butter: 115 grams (room temperature)
115 grams sugar
egg 1
vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
flour: 135 grams
almond flour: 50 grams
baking powder: 1 teaspoon
matcha tea powder: 2 Tbsp.
powdered sugar: 1 tablespoon (sprinkle before baking)
