Light Salad

Ingredients:

Cucumbers - 2-3 pcs.
Boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
Chicken breast - 200 gr
Avocado - 1 pc
Mustard - 1 tsp (not spicy)
Greek yogurt - 150g

Preparation:

Slice fresh cucumber, boiled eggs, lettuce or Peking cabbage. Boiled breast chop and put it in a bowl. If you like avocado, be sure to add it to the salad.
For the dressing, we need:
1 teaspoon of mustard, French, Bavarian or Dijon, and nonfat Greek yogurt will work fine. We mix everything well.
