Juicy chicken cutlets

Ingredients:

Onion - 1 pc
Carrot - 1 pc
Butter - 30 gr
Thigh fillet stuffing - 680g
Egg - 1 pc
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt/pepper/spice (to taste)
Cheese - 50 gr.
For the filling:
Sour cream (20%) - 120 gr
Water - 1 cup
Flour - 1-2 tbsp
Salt (to taste)

Preparation:

Fry the onion in oil until soft, then add grated carrots and fry a little more.
While the vegetables are frying we turn the thigh fillet. To the mince add the egg, garlic, salt, pepper, seasoning, fried vegetables and mix. Shape cutlets and put in a baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top if you wish, you can not add it.
Prepare the filling: for this mix sour cream with water, salt and flour and mix well. Then pour the cutlets and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
