Zucchini 2 pcs.

Parsley
Rice 100 gr
Sour cream
Turmeric
Cheese
Preparation:
Chop zucchini, finely chop fresh herbs, mix with boiled until half-cooked rice and minced meat, mix thoroughly until homogeneous.
Grease a baking pan with butter and put the zucchini and stuffing, alternating layer by layer. Take sour cream, add turmeric and dilute with warm water, mix and pour our dish.
