Bread 80g
150g cucumber
Boiled egg 3 units
Korean style carrots 150g
Tinned corn 150г
Salt to taste
Sour cream 15% 80g (Greek yogurt or mayonnaise)
Greens according to taste
Preparation:
Boil the eggs, cut the bread into slices, dry in a pan (medium heat, flip occasionally) or in the oven. Cucumber, eggs chop as you want (squares, strips, etc.) add all the other ingredients and dress (I have sour cream) if mayonnaise less. When making salad beforehand add croutons before serving and mix (so they don't get soggy).
