Description:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities to students according to the company’s training guidelines.
- Create engaging and interactive classes, ensuring two-way communication.
- Effectively manage the classroom by implementing discipline, time management, and organization consistent with iCog-ACC policy.
- Trainers should submit weekly reports on the training they conduct.
- The trainer should continuously assess the students’ level of coding expertise.
- The Trainer needs to improve and develop his/her skills and knowledge by taking different courses for the next levels of training.
- The Trainers must think critically and be able to troubleshoot.
- The Trainer should demonstrate a high level of initiative and have a high degree of flexibility.
- The Trainer should be adaptable in dealing with change, delays, or unexpected events in order to ensure the overall well-being of the projects and company.

Requirements
- Currently living in Dessie
- Willing to commit to 1 month
- Experience with at least one coding language: HTML, C++, Python, PHP, or similar.
- Excellent facilitator with the ability to motivate, direct, and train people and collaborate and interact with others effectively and productively.
- Good at communicating and interacting with kids.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.
- Experience in organizing, conceptualizing, and prioritizing objectives.
