2021-03-25 19:05:06 This is the face of the system administrator after fixing the issue that was caused by unknown reasons

We were not able to directly diagnose what happened, however, after reviewing logs and behavior, we have noticed that this might have been an unique situation where the load balancer configuration altered the NGINX proxy configuration in a wrong way that disrupted the whole HTTP and WSS services.

It's pretty unlikely that a situation such as this occurs again, nevertheless, we'll keep monitoring the issue. Open / Comment

We're having problems with our internal network, we are working into resolving this as fast as possible.


Update #1 The system administrator has been informed about the details, our bots seems to be working but our frontend servers seems to have issues, the system administrator will look into this immediately

Update #2: Something involving balancing on the TCP stack went fucky wucky and for the first time it's not because of Netkas. I'm reviewing this issue right now. -Kasper
