Job Responsibilities

• Drafting of letters, court processes and any other required documents for and on behalf of the firm.
• Ensuring service of court processes promptly.
• Follow up on letters and ensuring speedy dispatch.
• Court appearance and proper input on all court files i.e. proper input includes aspects of what transpired in court, next adjourned date, what is required to be done before the next adjourned date.
• Supervision of all properties managed by the firm i.e. Follow up on contracts by ensuring execution of such contracts and adherence to the terms therein.
• Legal advisory duties as may be assigned.
• Appearance at police division on behalf of the firm and its clients.
• Market the services of the firm to generate clients within the ambit of the law.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsels, police men and others on behalf of the firm.
• To carry out any other duties that may be assigned by the principal partner.
• Work on all debt recovery jobs assigned to the firm.
• Drafting of letters, court processes and any other required documents for and on behalf of the firm.
Requirement
• Bachelors in Law and called to bar
• Minimum of 2 years post-call experience in Litigation and Legal practice.
