Eat foods that are good for your brain
Especially since it's not as hard as it sounds. Just use these four rules:
1. Eat foods high in antioxidants, such as blueberries, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, soybeans and grapes, and other fruits and berries.
2. Eat a portion of fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids at least once a week: salmon, mackerel, anchovies, sardines.
3. Consume lots of greens: parsley, basil, lettuce.
4. Minimize red meat, margarine, cheese, fast food, baked and fried foods.
These rules are the basis of the so-called MIND diet, which prevents the development of Alzheimer's disease.
