2021-09-23 01:57:42 Good morning Team. Here is a summary of last night's zoom meeting and some tasks to complete. Please action them as soon as possible.

1. Support the Statement of Position which is a legal letter sent to all concerned Ministers and School Boards. This is for all States. No pledging any money.

2. Mack is dealing with a Barrister in relation to being the representative to bring forward a case against the government under the Crimes Act.

3. International Human Rights lawyers have been in contact with Mack to discuss potential breaches of human rights on citizens of Australia.

4. Cole is researching corruption and misconduct and putting together a letter to report to various agencies.

5. Many letters have been drawn up for you to send to your employer should you be bullied and harrased about your vaccine status. These letters will be dropped onto this channel with clear instructions.

NSW Tasks:

1. Letter to Teachers Superannuation funds will be uploaded on next post.

2. Lodge an a bullying claim with the Fair Work Commission about the constant harrassment and coercion to getting the vaccine. You are feeling discriminated against if you don't get the vaccine. This is is important!

5. Send the Letter to Principals and Directors to your kids schools and also the Director of the school associations.

1. Write a letter to your Unions or phone them ASAP. Letter will be uploaded again on next post.

2. Write to Education Minister James Merlino in your own words complaining about the mandates.

Please be assured that you are not alone in your decision. Thousands of us, across all employment sectors, will be HOLDING THE LINE in WA and across Australia.

Please be reminded that we have an action plan in place and to not be intimidated by coercion and threats. There is more at stake here than jobs and money, and by STANDING UP TOGETHER to ensure that our human rights are not removed, any such unlawful penalties will not hold weight!

The National Class Action is nearly ready for submission, so please ensure you have joined via the link in the action plan pack.

We continue to be guided by the lawyers, who are writing to healthcare employers to inform them that legal action will be taken if they do not reverse this mandate!

We ask that you just take a deep breath. We understand there is a lot of anxiety and stress at the moment especially from our Victorian colleagues after today's announcement.

We know what you're going through as we went through it 3 weeks ago but one thing we've learnt since then is that a lot of it is just smoke and mirrors.
