책은 읽는 귀여운 남자아이 - the cute boy (who is) reading a book

빨리 달리는 학생 - the student who runs fast, the fast-running student (helpful for adding other statements - add 이/가 and now this whole statement can become a subject)

식당에서 불고기를 먹는 남자아이 - a boy (who is) eating bulgogi at a restaurant (can also take locations with -에서 and -으로 placed in front)

집으로 가는 길 - the road home (here 가는 comes from "가다" = "to go") → the road going home, the road which goes home, the road going to (my) home, etc...
