On 1 May 2021, Dentons accused me of causing “irreparable damage” to Kitco over a 25 hour 22 minute period for tweeting about “THE SILVER CABAL” on 30 April 2021.
The problem is that @RoadtoRoota also spoke of the silver cabal during the same period.
The questions for Dentons:
- what evidence do they have that the term “the silver cabal” caused irreparable damage & loss of business to Kitco over the specific 25 hour 22 minute period?
