Vietnam is the correct answer. It was probably easy to tell by the writing. Vietnamese uses Latin script with lots of diacritics (=little dots and strokes a letter to change its pronunciation).

Myanmar was wrong, the local language has its own alphabet, not Latin. South Africa was also wrong – there should be some English on the picture. Brazil was wrong, the language should have been Portuguese which may contain some recognisable international vocabulary.
