This write-up is meant to guide us to efficiently and effectively operate on the platform (i.e. the 'Official' and the 'Customer Care' pages) whiles mitigating against possible scams.
The Official Page is for content/product promotions only while the Customer Care page on the other hand is for issues arising from the use of the platform and Customer Service Experience (CSE).

There are keywords in inverted commas (" ") below which when sent to the Customer Care Page would trigger a response as to the next thing to do regarding what you want.
For example, if you want to activate your user account to enable you start marketing/promoting your product on the platform, send the word "activation" to Customer Care Page for your account to be authenticated.
When authentication is successful, your account will be activated and made ready for promotion.

There are a lot of such commands for specific purposes below but please note that, you will have to send them on the Customer Care Page to elicit a response.

To confirm you are human, please send the word "activation" to Customer Care to activate your account.

2. Promo Ad Format
For a (Promo AD) template to use, please send the word "template" to Customer Care to see a sample of an acceptable format.

3. Verified Sponsors
To check on the authenticity/genuineness of a sponsor, please send the word "sponsor" to Customer Care for a list of verified sponsors.

4. Payments
To ensure a risk-free transaction when purchasing a product (s) on the page, please send the word "payment" to Customer Care to find out how to make payments to avoid possibly being scammed. (Any payment outside this arrangement is at your own risk!)

5. Transactions
For a list of transactions and their status, please send the word "transaction" to Customer Care to find out all the transactions carried out so far and their statuses.

6. Courier service
For trusted motorbike riders to make delivery for you in/on time, send the word "courier" to Customer Care for a list of riders and their location.

7. Banned Accounts
For a list of banned/ indited accounts, please send the word "banned" to Customer Care.

8. Terms & conditions
For the terms and conditions governing the use of the platforms, please send the word "terms" to Customer Care for the terms & conditions.

For news on latest Jobs, Education/Scholarship, Travels, Trends, Real Estate, Opportunities, Entertainment and more, click on https://t.me/afara_news

10. Reporting
To report a post/scam, please reply to the post (i.e the scam message) with the phrase "@admin" (one word) at the Customer Care page.
