Hundreds have gathered on the streets of Khost, near the Afghan-Pakistan border, to seemingly witness the funeral of the 'allied powers' - as coffins draped with the flags of the US, NATO, the UK and France were paraded through the streets.
Celebratory gunfire and militants brandishing the white Taliban flag were also reported, just hours after the last American troops reportedly withdrew from Kabul airport overnight.
