UFO over Japan, US Military Base Yokosuka--July 10, 2021

From witness: The UFO sighting is over the U.S. Naval Base Yokosuka. The weather is overcast, with thunderclouds. The UFO is flying at a fairly high speed, emitting a glow and changing not only its flight path but also its speed several times, rising sharply higher, then lowering. Navigation lights do not flash. Observed on 7/10/2021
