Glowing UFO 'towered over US Pacific Command and Control USS Blue Ridge in typhoon' and was so big it 'stopped rain'?

I used to teach Computer Science on this ship. It’s a super protected flagship of the US Navy. Wonder why this UAP case is not discussed in the UAP Congressional report? This would be a major security breach to have an alien craft hovering over this critical flagship.
