On November 19, 2015, Suzanne Hogan and Kristy Mitchell were killed by a stranger. Zebulum James approached Suzanne at a gas station and shot her in the head. A few minutes later, he found Kristy in a nearby parking lot and shot her in the abdomen. Kristy, a grandmother of four, was able to give the police a description of her attacker before she passed away.
