I know this from personal experience. When blacks mass murder whites, everyone starts covering their ass. Law enforcement first. They don't want it to look like they don't have control of their nigger problem. Sheriff's and police chiefs are nothing more than politicians with a gun and a badge. They care more about their next election than they do the victims or their families. They will make up a reason it happened that creates as little dissent as possible. They will then work together with the media to get the story out there. Then they will memory hole the story as quick as possible.

Don't let them do this in Wisconsin.
