Right now the Charlottesville trial is still deliberating and the prosecutor is making closing arguments in the trial of the McMichaels. Has Merrick Garland's Justice Department advised investigators in Waukesha to not file hate crimes charges or disclose evidence of a racial motive until after these juries have reached their verdicts?

This is pure speculation, but I wouldn't put anything past an administration that has spent so much time and resources playing up a non-existent White domestic terrorism threat, and which has so much "narrative" invested in the outcome of these two trials.

At the same time, I'm certain this is part of why the media is so aggressively covering up news of the obvious racial motive in this attack. Right now the verdict of two extremely important trials hangs in the balance, and the last thing this system wants is national headlines about an terrorist attack on White children and elderly by a violent racially motivated BLM extremist.
