His health is nearing critical condition, yet they removed him from the hospital and threw him back into prison (which obviously has less health monitoring & emergency care services). This amounts to no less than premeditated murder.

So why is every media headline about this trial concerned not with whether or not those people suffered, or whether or not they are entitled to damages, but only about the potential this lawsuit has to shut down legal pro-White political activism and organizing.
