On November 11, 2021, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Ajou University in Tashkent and JSC "Almalyk MMC"
The memorandum was signed with the aim of forming the staff of JSC "Almalyk MMC" and meeting the needs of specialists with higher education.
In accordance with this memorandum, training of qualified personnel in the fields of Information and Communication Technologies and Civil Systems Engineering, mutually beneficial research projects and development work will be carried out.
As part of the implementation of the memorandum, a group of officials of the company visited the university. At the meeting, the issues of systematic practice of students in individual organizations and enterprises of the plant, as well as the organization of their industrial practice in the direct production and employment of graduates were discussed.

11 ноября 2021 года был подписан Меморандум о Сотрудничестве между Университетом Аджу в г. Ташкенте и АО «Алмалыкский ГМК» (АГМК)
Меморандум был подписан с целью формирования штата АО «Алмалыкский ГМК» и удовлетворения потребностей специалистов с высшим образованием.
В соответствии с этим меморандумом будет осуществляться подготовка квалифицированных кадров в области информационно-коммуникационных технологий и строительной инженерии, взаимовыгодные исследовательские проекты и опытно-конструкторские работы.
В рамках реализации меморандума группа должностных лиц АГМК посетила университет. На встрече обсуждались вопросы систематической практики студентов в отдельных организациях и предприятиях завода, а также организации их производственной практики в непосредственном производстве и трудоустройства выпускников.

2021 yil 11-noyabr kuni Toshkent shahridagi Adju Universiteti va “Olmaliq KMK” AJ oʻrtasida Hamkorlik Memorandumi imzolandi
«Olmaliq KMK» AJ xodimlar zahirasini shakllantirish hamda oliy ma'lumotli mutaxassislarga bo‘lgan ehtiyojni qondirish maqsadida hamkorlik memorandumi imzolandi.
Ushbu memorandumga muvofiq axborot-kommunikasiya texnologiyalari va qurilish muhandisligi sohasida malakali kadrlarni tayyorlash, o‘zaro manfaatli ilmiy-tadqiqot loyihalar va tajriba-konstruktorlik ishlari amalga oshiriladi.
Memorandumning amalga oshirish tadbirlari doirasida kombinatning bir guruh mas'ul xodimlari universitetga tashrif buyurdi. Uchrashuvda talabalarni kombinatning tegishli muayyan tashkilotlari va korxonalarida malakaviy amaliyotlari tizimli ravishda o‘tkazish, shuningdek ularning amaliy mashg‘ulotlarini bevosita ishlab chiqarishda tashkillashtirish hamda bitiruvchilarni ishga joylashtirish masalalari muhokama qilindi.
