Africa: Covid-19 Death Toll Exceeds 141,000 Across Continent
‍[allAfrica] As of June 29, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached 5,437,405 while over 32,500,561 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.
Reported deaths in Africa reached 141,649 and 4,726,837 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases 1,941,119 and 60,038 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco (529,895), Tunisia (408,931), Egypt (280,770), Ethiopia (275,974), Libya (192,786) and Kenya (182,884).
