Al-Tawwabeen

2022-06-08 04:00:22 When it comes to facing trials, people behave in the following ways, and all of these are bad manners with Allaah:

. Blaming Allaah for the calamities: Even though the calamities we face are because of our sins, yet we like to transfer the blame on others to feel better.

إِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ لِرَبِّهِ لَكَنُودٌ

{Verily! Man is ungrateful to his Lord}
[Surah al-`Aadiyaat (100): 6]

Al-Hasan al-Basree رحمه الله said: “al-Kanood”, meaning: ❝The one who is ungrateful. He who counts the calamities (that befall him), and he forgets Allaah’s favors (upon him).❞
[Tafseer Ibn Katheer, Tafseer Ibn Abee Haatim]

Man has a habit of complaining: “O Allaah! Why does this happen to me?”, “O Allaah! When will I find relief?”, “Why is it always me?”.



. We complain to the creation about the Creator: Instead of raising the hands towards Allaah and beseeching Him for our needs, and for relief from our hardships, we complain to the creation that we have been suffering for so long. The whole night we can chat with our friends to get some solacement, but we cannot stand for an hour in the night.

Every night Allaah descends to the lower Heaven and asks: {Is there anyone to invoke Me that I may respond to his invocation? Is there anyone to ask Me so that I may grant him his request? Is there anyone asking My forgiveness so that I may forgive him?}
[Saheeh al-Bukhaaree and Saheeh Muslim]

Yet we stay awake the whole night and sleep just before Fajr!



. We stop supplicating altogether: The Hadeeth in this regard is well known: Allaah’s Messenger ﷺ said: ❝The invocation of anyone of you is granted (by Allaah) if he does not show impatience by saying: “I invoked Allaah, but my request was not granted.”❞
[Saheeh al-Bukhaaree and Saheeh Muslim]

In the narration of Saheeh Muslim it is reported that the Prophet said: ❝The supplication of the servant is granted in case he does not supplicate for sin or for severing the ties of blood, or he does not become impatient.❞ It was said: Allaah's Messenger! what does: “If he does not grow impatient" imply? He ﷺ said: ❝That he should say like this: “I supplicated and I supplicated but I did not find it being responded”, and thus he becomes frustrated and abandons supplication.❞
[Saheeh Muslim (6595)]

We are impatient and get frustrated very easily, and when we see there is a delay in the response to our supplications, we get disheartened and abandon supplicating altogether. Except those amongst us whom Allaah تعالى has protected.



We beseech Allaah that He تعالى guides us to always have good thoughts about him.

The Prophet ﷺ said: ❝Let none of you die except thinking positively of Allaah.❞
[Saheeh Muslim (6875)]

2022-06-08 04:00:22 جب آزمائشوں کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے تو لوگ مندرجہ ذیل طریقوں سے برتاؤ کرتے ہیں، اور یہ سب اللہ کے نزدیک برے اخلاق ہیں:

. آفات کے لیے اللہ تعالیٰ کو ملامت کرنا: اگرچہ ہمیں جو آفات کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے وہ ہمارے گناہوں کی وجہ سے ہوتا ہے، پھر بھی ہم بہتر محسوس کرنے کے لیے دوسروں پر الزام لگانا پسند کرتے ہیں۔

إِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ لِرَبِّهِ لَكَنُودٌ
یقیناً انسان اپنے رب کا بڑا ناشکرا ہے ۔
[سورۃ العادیات 6]

حسن البصری رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں: "الکنود"، یعنی: ناشکری کرنے والا۔ جو مصیبتیں گنتا ہے اور اللہ کی نعمتوں کو بھول جاتا ہے.
[تفسیر ابن کثیر، تفسیر ابن ابی حاتم]

انسان کو شکایت کرنے کی عادت ہے: "اے اللہ! میرے ساتھ ایسا کیوں ہوتا ہے؟"، "اے اللہ! مجھے سکون کب ملے گا؟"، "یہ ہمیشہ میں ہی کیوں ہوتا ہوں؟"۔



. ہم مخلوق سے خالق کے بارے میں شکایت کرتے ہیں: بجائے اس کے کہ ہم اللہ تعالی کی طرف ہاتھ اٹھا کر اس سے اپنی حاجات کے لیے اور اپنی مشکلات سے نجات کے لیے درخواست کریں، ہم اس مخلوق سے شکایت کرتے ہیں کے ک۔ بہت عرصے سے مشکلات کا سامنا کررہے ہیں۔ پوری رات ہم اپنے دوستوں کے ساتھ کچھ سکون حاصل کرنے کے لیے گپ شپ کر سکتے ہیں، لیکن رات میں ایک گھنٹہ بھی (عبادت کے لیے) کھڑے نہیں ہو سکتے۔

ہر رات اللہ تعالیٰ آسمان دنیا پر نزول فرماتا ہے اور پوچھتا ہے: {کون ہے جو مجھ سے دعا کرتا ہے کہ میں اس کی دعا قبول کروں، کون ہے جو مجھ سے مانگتا ہے کہ میں اسے دوں، کون ہے جو مجھ سے بخشش طلب کرتا ہے کہ میں اس کی بخشش کروں۔}
[صحیح البخاری اور صحیح مسلم]

پھر بھی ہم پوری رات جاگتے ہیں اور فجر سے پہلے سوتے ہیں!



. ہم دعا کرنا بالکل چھوڑ دیتے ہیں: اس سلسلے میں حدیث مشہور ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: تم میں سے کسی کی دعا قبول ہوتی ہے اگر وہ (یہ کہہ کر) بے صبری نہ کرے کہ میں نے اللہ سے دعا کی لیکن میری دعا قبول نہ ہوئی۔
[صحیح البخاری اور صحیح مسلم]

صحیح مسلم کی روایت میں ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: جب تک کوئی بندہ گناہ یا قطع رحمی کی دعا نہ کرے اور قبولیت کے معاملے میں جلد بازی نہ کرے ، اس کی دعا قبول ہوتی رہتی ہے ۔‘‘
عرض کی گئی : اللہ کے رسول ! جلد بازی کرنا کیا ہے ؟ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ وہ کہے : میں نے دعا کی اور میں نے دعا کی اور مجھے نظر نہیں آتا کہ وہ میرے حق میں قبول کرے گا ، پھر اس مرحلے میں ( مایوس ہو کر ) تھک جائے اور دعا کرنا چھوڑ دے ۔‘‘
[صحیح مسلم (2735)]

ہم بے صبرے ہوتے ہیں اور بہت آسانی سے مایوس ہو جاتے ہیں، اور جب ہم دیکھتے ہیں کہ ہماری دعاؤں کے جواب میں تاخیر ہورہی ہے، ہم مایوس ہو جاتے ہیں اور دعا کرنا بالکل چھوڑ دیتے ہیں۔ سوائے ان لوگوں کے جن کی اللہ تعالی نے حفاظت کی ہے۔



اللہ تعالیٰ سے دعا ہے کہ وہ ہمیں اپنے بارے میں ہمیشہ اچھے خیالات رکھنے کی ہدایت فرمائے۔

رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: تم میں سے کسی پر بھی موت نہ آئے مگر اس حالت میں کہ وہ اللہ عزوجل کے متعلق اچھا گمان رکھتا ہو ۔
[صحیح مسلم (2877)]

2022-06-01 20:37:16 ​​ السَّنَةُ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَهْرًا مِنْهَا أرْبَعَةُ حُرُم

سال بارہ مہینوں کا ہوتا ہے، اس میں سے چار مہینے حرمت کے ہیں۔
The year is of twelve months out of which four months are sacred.
صحیح بخاری -3197- Sahih Bukhari

Dhul - Qa'da - ذو القعدة
Dhul-Hijjah - ذوالحجۃ
Muharram - محرم
Rajab - رجب

گناہ کرم عام طور پر حرام ہے، لیکن ان مہینوں کی حرمت کی وجہ سے کسی بھی برے فعل کا گناہ بھی زیادہ ہوتا ہے۔
ان مہینوں کی اہمیت اور فضیلت کا اندازہ اس سے لگایا جا سکتا ہے کہ ان میں بہت سے
فضیلت والے اعمال کیے جاتے ہیں مثلا یوم النحر (قربانی کا دن) يوم عرفات، محرم کے نفلی روزے اور ان کی فضیلت۔ اسکے علاوہ نبی ﷺ نے تمام عمرے ذوالقعدہ کے مہینے میں کیے جو ان مہینوں میں سے پہلا مہینہ ہے۔

Doing SIN is Haram. But punishment for doing sins in these sacred months
is more than others.
You can take an idea of importance and virtue of these months as important acts are done in these months for example: Youm un Nahr, Asuhra, Dhulhijjah, Day of Arafah, volunteering fasts of Muharram also.
Also Ibn Qayyim رحمه الله said:
Prophet ﷺ did all his Umrahs in Dhul Qa'ada which is the first month among these.
