The reason why we're not seeing mad pumps already is because there is heavy overhead resistance that price need to reclaim in order to move higher. This is called High Resistance Liquidity Runs where price faces blocks of resistance.

That's why I'm not going heavy on trades because I am not a gambler like others. I know when to go "Risk On" and when to go "Risk Off".

Topic - Stop Losses


Couple of trades we took yesterday got stopped out.

Is there any shame in that ? Absolutely not because losses are "Cost of Doing Business". That's why I mention how much to risk on each trade.

I've been doing this long enough to know that a few stops don't faze you if you have belief in your trading system and abilities.

Trading involves a lot of discomfort.

We take losses, we miss trades, good trades turn into bad trades.

Unless a trader learns to tolerate these things, they will never succeed.

We march on soldiers.

Time to trap some late longs hence the correction was due. The up move was early in the week so we can see some aggressive position winding as we approach weekly close.

- LTF market structure shifted bullish.
- Price now nearing Point of Breakdown.
- It won't go to all time high in a straight line so should see a pullback.

With LTF market structure broken the bulls have shown their intention to move price higher but this is where bears should step in as we near key resistance. If this breaks then we should expect $0.2122, $0.2514 and then ultimately $0.3770 as HTF targets.

If we correct then expecting $0.1420 to hold as D1 bullish OrderBlock.

- Key level forming on Dominance at 41.06% - 41.36%.
- Bullish OrderBlock with an old low next draw.
- If we sweep that then expect red in alts.

Dominance should play a key role in the alts reaction in the near future. If 41.06% - 41.36% breaks then expect green candles coming in however if it forms a Liquidity Sweep like the arrow and the OB holds then time to take profit on longs as we might see a deeper correction.
