Little tip for newbie traders: when you are using limit orders - try to set them a little bit higher (when you buying) or lower (when you selling). If the level you are eyeing is good/obvious - you are not alone who is looking at it. Therefore you might get front-ran. Example: say you think $100 is a good level, then put orders at $101; $101.5; $102 etc. The way you use increments or amount of orders will come to you with experience and screen time.
