More info on how to craft a religious exemption for covid shot mandates:
A buddy used this as an outline for his (made it his own). It worked at a large medical provider in a very liberal city in a very liberal state.
He stuck to a few key parts: 1.) "since finding our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ..." This implies the reason you may have taken vaccines before and won't now 2.) Clearly state "my sincerely held beliefs are..." Just like this example does 3.) Mention "I have prayed on this..." Which goes with case law test of Africa v Commonwealth of PA of "external signs" 4.) Agree to "reasonable accommodation". Saying "I agree to wearing a face mask and coof testing per company policy"
Can't get away from 4, unfortunately. That is part of the religious exemption process
