Remember, Satan is the master of illusion, of deception, to keep people dazed and confused, divided in order to conquer.
This keeps the general sheeple focused on the insignificant, the chaff which the wind driveth away.
What should we focus on? The condition of our soul, our eternal salvation through the blood of Jesus Christ. We should focus on our commonality of brotherhood as born-again believers.
Keep you eyes on the ball. Keep the main thing the main thing and that is, we are not of this world, the world passeth away but in Christ, and His Word, is eternal life; the brotherhood of the believers.
