I have been locked out of my Instagram account since last night because they want me to Verify my identity with a “Video Selfie”.. a feature that:
1. Doesn’t work and just crashes the app.
2. I never agreed to using as a security method to login.
I have two-factor authentication on and have already verified who I am with my phone number. My page is also connected to my Facebook account.
