Update: I spoke too soon! Still been battling with symptoms fr | Amber Sears

Update: I spoke too soon! Still been battling with symptoms from this flu/Covid. Updates are below...

Below is a list of what I’ve been doing to support my immune system over the last two days to get through the worst of it quickly in case you are curious whats working for me.

Of course I’m not a doctor, so this is not medical advice.

Day 1: Symptoms hit me hard upon waking, so I grabbed my multivitamins, vitamin D, and downed a bottle of spring water with an electrolyte pack that had zinc, vitamin c, and L-Glutamine. I waited to see how I felt for a few hours before taking Ivermectin. I took a 9mg pill of Ivermectin which is the dosage recommended for my weight daily.

I decided to go to MSW Lounge in Austin for an Immunity IV drip. Many of my friends go there for all their immunity boosting needs. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t require masks and don’t wear them either. They also take everyone, no matter how sick you are. Check them out if you are in Austin.

The headache, fever, and body aches continued to get more intense as the day progressed. By 9pm that night I was desperate for relief from the headache and took one 200mg tab of Advil. This took my headache and body pain away immediately.

I do my best to stay away from pharmaceuticals in general, but I was pretty desperate that night and didn’t know what else to do. I slept a deep 9 hours thanks to the Advil.

Day 2: Woke up with small fever, light body aches, and fatigue. No headache. Took my vitamins, electrolyte pack, lots of spring water, and Ivermectin after eating breakfast.

By mid day I was really feeling the fatigue and took a 2 hour nap. I woke up feeling great with more energy and no fever, but didn’t have an appetite.

I decided to fast the rest of the day and last night to help my body heal faster. Fasting is one of the ways I got through Dengue in 3 days. Slept 10 hrs last night and woke up feeling relatively normal.

Day 3: Ate a big breakfast, took vitamins and electrolytes. Decided to stop taking Ivermectin because it was cleaning me out big time! Spent a good chunk of the day in and out of the bathroom with my digestion going nuts. Finally felt better in the evening. Couldn’t eat much because of digestive stuff.

Day 4: Woke up with more energy and clarity, but digestive upset and fatigue is still lingering. I’m booking an IV today to help my system more.

....

I’m really glad I started taking Ivermectin on day one. I don’t know how bad it could have been without it obviously, but I do think it helped shorten the amount of time I was experiencing the worst symptoms. I also realize my body doesn’t like higher doses of it.

We know several people who have had amazing success using Ivermectin as a prophylactic, and at first onset of symptoms. I’ve heard the same from many in this community.

I have also heard amazing things about mono colloidal antibodies. If my symptoms had gotten worse I would have found an infusion.

Feel free to share what has worked for you in the comments below. I’d love to hear from y’all!
