Hey y’all! I’ve missed connecting with you! It looks as though I’ve been spammed A LOT in my absence

I just went through and deleted all the accounts that posted, but I think some of their comments still remain. I wish there was a better way to manage spam on Telegram, but anyone can just find my channel and add themselves.

I couldn’t be more elated for what’s going down in Canada right now. Mandates are being lifted! It’s a beautiful thing!!! Keep going truckers and Canadians!!! You are doing it!!

I’ve been sharing many stories in support on my IG stories since my last post here.

I’ve been quiet on social over the last 5 days in general because I need to take a break for my mental health every now and then. When you are watching and in all this stuff all the time it can get heavy energetically. In order for me to remain positive, optimistic and hopeful I need to regulate how much time I spend on devices and reading all that’s unfolding every day.

I’m also going through a lot of grief right now. I’m in the process of needing to rehome my dog Wali due to his aggressive behavior toward our son. I’ve been processing a lot of intense emotions and needing the time to be with myself.
