Internship is an important part of professional and personal development. We all are very excited to gain experience working with a real organization that has the same beliefs. I am extremely thankful that I am a part of the “IDEA” organization, and there are a lot of reasons why. “IDEA” is a debate community, and debates are something that I was passionate about in the past, so it made me more interested to be a part of their team.
On my first day of internship, I was a bit nervous, because meeting new people is not an everyday activity. When I got to the organization, I was warm welcomed by the members and it made me feel more comfortable. We went around the office, and I got a chance to meet everyone. The atmosphere was super cozy and productive.
